Pack right with this essential list of what to bring to camp.
A heart ready for the Spirit to move!
Bedding – sleeping bag or sheets/blankets/duvets, pillows and a pillowcase. Portacots for young 'uns. (Bedding hire is available through El Rancho if you arrive without any).
Towels
Toiletries and medication
First aid supplies for you and your family incl insect repellant and sunscreen
Warm clothes (For kids: extra changes of clothes – just in case!)
Enclosed shoes for when doing kitchen duty
Rainy day gear (e.g. coat, umbrella and gumboots) Plus plastic bag for wet gear
Torches
Bible, notebook and pen, and prayer book (if you have one)
Free time activities, for example: togs for waterslide, sports clothes for rock-climbing / soccer competition, board games, packs of cards, musical instruments for informal jam times, rugby balls, soccer balls, etc
Cash or EFTPOS and a re-usable coffee cup for the Common Good Coffee café
Snacks for hungry kids (and adults!) NB: If your children require separate snacks other than those provided in the programmes, please bring this along in a named container and give to your children’s leaders.
